About this clinic
Right on Kurfürstendamm, a few steps from the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, Kinderwunsch Berlin has been treating couples and individuals for more than 20 years. The clinic at Rankestraße 34 is led by Dr. med. Matthias Blöchle and Dr. med. Silke Marr, who form the treatment team together with five other doctors. Its range of services includes in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and the freezing of eggs for a later time, known as elective egg freezing. The clinic is a member of the German IVF Registry (Deutsches IVF-Register) and of the FertiProtekt network, which specializes in fertility preservation measures. For everyone who wants to decide for themselves, independent of social pressure or professional circumstances, when the right time for a pregnancy is, the clinic explicitly offers counseling on cryopreservation. The practice is explicitly open to all family models: heterosexual couples, same-sex couples, and individuals will find counseling and treatment here. A free information evening takes place on the second Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m., where interested people can get their first questions answered without registering in advance. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. as well as Saturdays by appointment. Appointments can be booked online through Doctolib. The website is available in both German and English, which also makes the clinic accessible to international patients.

Reviews from Google
What patients report: Patients report very good care from Dr. Blöchle and Dr. Marr, who impress with empathetic, individual counseling and quick appointments and who contributed to successful outcomes. One patient, by contrast, criticizes a lack of attention, being rushed through, and missing cost transparency with another doctor.
