About this clinic
In the middle of Düsseldorf, on Prinzenallee in the Prinzenpark, Dr. Sylvia Bartnitzky and Dr. Frank Bender jointly run a reproductive medicine center that was completely redesigned by summer 2022. Both physicians have worked in reproductive medicine for years and cover the entire spectrum of fertility diagnostics and treatment. The treatment path begins with an initial consultation in which the person’s starting situation is assessed. This is followed by targeted diagnostics, an individual treatment discussion, and finally the treatment itself. Diagnostics include cycle monitoring, tubal patency testing, and semen analysis. On the treatment side, the offerings range from cycle optimization and insemination through elective egg freezing to natural IVF, conventional IVF, and ICSI. Fertility preservation, donor sperm, and GnRH treatment are also available. The center’s own IVF lab also allows targeted additional laboratory measures that are used depending on the treatment situation. An explicit focus is on male fertility: Andrology and men’s health are treated on an equal footing, which is not a given in specialized fertility practices. Psychosocial support is also part of the offering. Appointments can be booked online through Doctolib or arranged by phone. Office hours are Monday through Friday, partly with evening hours until 7:00 p.m. on two days a week. A dedicated number is available for emergencies. The practice is a member of the German IVF Registry (Deutsches IVF-Register). With 41 Google reviews and an average rating of 5.0, the ratings reflect that patients find the team’s care professional and personal.

Reviews from Google
What patients report: Most patients are won over by the practice’s skilled doctors, compassionate care, and efficient organization, and many report success after switching from other clinics. One review, however, criticizes inadequate counseling and disappointed expectations, which points to inconsistent experiences.
On Google, the reviews appear in the language they were written in, usually German.
