KIWU, Praxis für Kinderwunsch & Gesundheit, Claudia Koch

Claudia Koch has run her solo practice KIWU at Dorngasse 40 in Widen in the Canton of Aargau since 2022. Her services are aimed at women with infertility, endometriosis, menstrual pain, and women’s health complaints of all kinds, but also at people with chronic pain or who would like support during pregnancy and early parenthood. The main focus in the fertility area is therapeutic fertility massage, a form of massage that aims at hormonal regulation and, according to Claudia Koch, has a deeply relaxing effect. This is complemented by individually tailored nutrient and vitamin counseling, for example with personalized micronutrient blends. Clients report that through this combination of massage and nutrient optimization they achieved pregnancies or were able to noticeably reduce their endometriosis symptoms. For pain, Koch relies on the Liebscher & Bracht method, which looks for causes in shortened muscles and fascia and works with specific stretching exercises and manual techniques. Client accounts describe freedom from pain after just a few sessions, for example with neck and shoulder complaints or restricted shoulder mobility after accidents. Counseling sessions and psychological support are also part of the services, especially for women who are in an emotionally stressful phase of trying to conceive. The practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and appointments by arrangement are also possible.
