About this clinic
Since 1992, tagesklinik Oldenburg has been located in the city’s pedestrian zone and has developed from an outpatient gynecologic surgery practice into a full fertility clinic with an affiliated endometriosis clinic. Three gynecologists, two anesthesiologists, one graduate biologist, and 41 additional staff members work on site, which makes the structure of the team transparent for anyone interested. In reproductive medicine, all standard procedures are offered: insemination, IVF, ICSI, blastocyst culture, vitrification, and the use of an EmbryoScope time-lapse system to observe embryo development. The range is complemented by TESE for men with limited sperm retrieval, fertility treatment with sperm donation, elective egg freezing, and fertility preservation through the fertiPROTECT network. Cryopreservation of fertilized eggs, sperm, and testicular tissue is also part of the offering. In cases of repeated implantation failure, specific diagnostic pathways are available: ERA test to determine the window of implantation, assessment of immunological factors, blood clotting tests, and examination for hydrosalpinx or changes to the endometrium. For gynecologic diagnostics, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, hormone testing, and cycle monitoring are used. In parallel to fertility treatment, the clinic runs a dysplasia consultation clinic and a fibroid center and treats endometriosis both surgically and clinically. The practice is a member of the German IVF Registry (Deutsches IVF-Register) and cooperates with fertiPROTECT. It is open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday until 4:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. With 4.9 out of 5 stars from more than 280 Google reviews, patient satisfaction is reflected in consistently positive feedback.
