About this clinic
Since 1991, CERF, the Centrum für gynäkologische Endokrinologie und Reproduktionsmedizin Freiburg, has been treating couples and individuals who have difficulty conceiving. The practice on Bismarckallee is therefore one of the more experienced reproductive medicine facilities in Baden-Württemberg. The team consists of gynecologists and reproductive biologists who together cover the diagnostic and therapeutic spectrum. In addition to the conventional in vitro procedures, IVF and ICSI, CERF is a licensed PGT center and is authorized to perform preimplantation genetic testing. This means that embryos can be genetically tested before the transfer, for example in cases of known hereditary diseases or after recurrent miscarriages. This approval is not a given and requires a formal authorization process. Another focus is fertility preservation. Cryopreservation of unfertilized eggs, fertilized eggs, and sperm is offered both for medical indications, such as before chemotherapy, and for elective egg freezing. People who postpone family planning for personal or professional reasons can use this option to secure biological reserves. In addition, CERF treats hormonal disorders in the field of gynecological endocrinology as well as recurrent implantation disorders. Appointment requests are submitted through an online form, and availability by phone is ensured Monday through Friday at defined times.

Reviews from Google
What patients report: Most patients praise CERF for friendly care and competent treatment, especially in fertility treatment with successful results. A few criticize long waits on site and when trying to reach the practice by phone. One patient finds the doctors’ communication lacking and misses specialized care for women over 40.
