About this clinic
Magdalena and Andreas Hacklinger lived with infertility themselves for more than five years. Their path included treatments at fertility clinics, a miscarriage, and finally a natural pregnancy. They have been parents since mid-2019 and a family of four since July 2022. Drawing on these experiences, they founded Elternreise, a coaching service that supports couples and individuals struggling to conceive. The core of their work is the so-called 3E method: nutrition, relaxation, and development. In practice, this means working out a nutrition and exercise plan together, learning stress management strategies, and working on limiting beliefs and negative emotions. Knowledge about fertility, the female and male body, and dietary supplements also feeds into the support. The coaching follows several steps: A free initial consultation comes first, followed by defining a shared life vision, adjusting lifestyle, building emotional resilience, and ongoing individual support. The process concludes with a review and concrete advice for the time afterward. Magdalena and Andreas work as a couple with couples, which sets their service apart from conventional one-on-one coaches. Both know the social dimension of the topic from their own experience: the feeling of being stuck in place while others become parents with ease, the strain on the relationship, the financial and physical costs. Since April 2021, they have also run a fertility podcast with 48 episodes so far. The coaching is open to women, men, and couples alike. An initial conversation is free and non-binding.
