About this clinic
In the middle of Munich’s old town, just a few steps from Marienplatz, the reproductive medicine center Reproduktionsmedizin München im Tal has its home. The MVZ, under the medical direction of Dr. Daniel Noss, Dr. Isabel Stoll, Dr. Patrick Mehrle, and Dr. Kathrin Pohlig, treats couples trying to conceive on an outpatient basis and by prior appointment, including on Saturdays for embryo transfers and selected appointments. The diagnostic program begins with a structured investigation of causes, which includes a chromosome and gene analysis in addition to the classic semen analysis. On the therapeutic side, the center covers the full spectrum of assisted reproduction: from cycle monitoring and insemination through IVF and ICSI to TESE for male-factor infertility. For embryo development, the lab uses the EmbryoScope, a time-lapse observation system that enables continuous documentation without repeated disturbance of the culture environment. In addition, the ZyMōt system is used for sperm selection, along with cryopreservation, both of embryos and in the context of so-called medical fertility preservation. Genetic testing before transfer is possible through preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A). The center is a member of the German IVF Registry (Deutsches IVF-Register) and publishes its own annual reports with treatment outcomes. A digital patient portal is available for patients, through which findings, hormone levels, and treatment plans can be viewed independently of office hours. Online appointment booking and e-prescriptions complement the service offering. Regular information evenings give a first overview of treatment options before a personal initial consultation takes place. On Google, 130 patients rate the center 4.9 out of 5 stars. Repeatedly highlighted are the time the team takes for explanations and the empathetic approach, including during stressful phases of treatment.

What patients report: Patients praise the clinic’s doctors (Dr. Genot, Dr. Merle, Dr. Noss, and others) for their high professional competence, empathetic care, and detailed explanations. The treatment successes speak for themselves: several patients report successful pregnancies after earlier unsuccessful attempts elsewhere.
