About this clinic
The Kinderwunschzentrum A.R.T. Bogenhausen fertility center is located at Prinzregentenstraße 69 in eastern Munich, easily reached by the U4 and U5 subway lines and tram 17. Behind the abbreviation A.R.T. is a medical team that deliberately focuses on continuity of care: Wherever possible, patients are always seen by the same doctor, which can make a noticeable difference in a process as stressful as fertility treatment. The range of treatments includes IVF and ICSI, diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis, fertility preservation, and elective egg freezing for women who deliberately want to postpone family planning. The center also treats hormone disorders and recurrent miscarriage and offers pediatric and adolescent gynecology as well as sexual medicine. The center’s own IVF lab is run by a team that includes staff with a doctorate in the natural sciences, among others. The medical team includes Prof. Dr. med. Dieter Berg, Dr. med. Bernd Lesoine, Dr. med. Barbara de Oriol, Dr. med. Stephanie Ziehr, and Dr. med. Katharina Tropschuh. The practice accepts all statutory health insurance funds in Germany, which is by no means a given for a fertility practice in Munich. Office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays until 6:00 p.m., Wednesdays and Fridays until 2:00 p.m., and Saturdays by appointment.

Reviews from Google
What patients report: Patients praise the empathetic, personal care from Dr. Berg and Dr. Ziehr as well as the dedicated team, and many report success after only a few attempts. When results do not come, satisfaction with the medical expertise and emotional support remains, although a few patients would like more nuanced counseling about the chances of success.
