Choi TCM is a practice for traditional Chinese and Korean medicine (TCM) that specializes in fertility, with locations in Lucerne and Zurich. The owner and practitioner completed a six-year full-time degree with qualifications in both Western and traditional medicine and has more than ten years of clinical experience in Korea, where TCM reproductive medicine is at a particularly high level of development. She is a member of the Korean Medicine Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The range of services is aimed at women and men in a wide variety of situations: trying to conceive naturally, support during ongoing IVF or IUI treatment, support with egg, sperm, or embryo donation, low AMH, recurrent miscarriage, and fertility questions from age 40. Topics such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, thyroid function disorders, and male fertility are also treated. In addition, the practice offers support during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Treatment plans are tailored individually to the particular menstrual cycle or the current stage of an assisted reproduction (ART) treatment. Each acupuncture session and each herbal formula is adapted accordingly, not applied by a template.
