Natural Fertility Prescription (Online natural fertility information, education and coaching provider)

Natural Fertility Prescription (NFP) is not a conventional fertility clinic but an internationally active online provider of naturopathic fertility programs and coaching. It is based in Verbier in the Valais, the support takes place entirely digitally, and it is aimed at couples worldwide who want to explore a naturopathic path in addition to or instead of conventional medicine. NFP was founded and is led by Iva Keene, a naturopath who lives in Switzerland and was trained in Australia, with the academic degree MRMed. ND. She developed the NFP Preconception Program and the NFP 16-Week Fertility Coaching Program, both aimed at addressing causal factors behind infertility: hormonal imbalances, egg and sperm quality, thyroid function, nutrient deficiencies, and chronic stress. The NFP Preconception Program received the Mom’s Choice Award. The offering includes individual coaching programs, nutrition plans, practitioner-grade dietary supplement recommendations, and the evaluation of nutrigenomic and hormonal tests. Free entry points such as a 15-minute initial consultation, webinars, and an email mini-course allow low-threshold orientation. One focus is on situations after repeated unsuccessful IVF attempts and on the question of how pregnancies over 40 can still be supported naturally. Important to know: NFP does not perform any medical procedures. IVF, ICSI, or IUI are not offered, but NFP supports people who are planning such treatments or have already been through them with complementary naturopathic measures. All content is expressly intended for health education and does not replace medical care.
