About this clinic
In the middle of Tulln an der Donau, not far from Vienna and St. Pölten, Kinderwunsch im Zentrum has established itself as a specialized point of contact for couples and individuals facing infertility. The center is led by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Michael Sator and Dr. Kathrin Sator, complemented by Priv.-Doz. Dr. Wolf Dietrich and Dr. Monika Stroh-Weigert as affiliated physicians. According to patient reports, the manageable size of the practice allows for a personal atmosphere in which procedures and findings are explained in detail. The range of services covers the standard procedures of reproductive medicine: IUI, IVF, ICSI, and cryopreservation of embryos and germ cells. For patients with premature ovarian insufficiency, egg donation is available, and sperm donation is also offered. In diagnostics, the center works with preimplantation genetic testing (ni-PGT-A), endometrial biopsy, tubal patency tests, hormone and infection serology, and analysis of the vaginal microbiome. For men, semen analysis is performed, including further sperm preparation and sperm selection methods. In addition to the core treatments, the center offers a range of add-on services: assisted hatching, calcium ionophore activation, granulocyte rinsing, autologous blood therapy (PRP), and 48-hour beta hCG monitoring for early pregnancy surveillance. Complementary offerings include acupuncture, cycle pilates, Luna yoga, bioresonance, and psychological counseling through cooperation partners. For treatment support, the HOPE app is available for digital communication, along with the electronic matcher for cyclical monitoring. The center is authorized to bill the Austrian IVF Fund (IVF-Fonds), which means that couples eligible for funding can have part of their treatment costs billed through the fund. The free initial information consultation allows a no-obligation start. The practice is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Reviews from Google
What patients report: The fertility practice impresses with warm care, modern equipment, and detailed counseling, which led many couples to successful pregnancies. However, after repeated unsuccessful treatments, patients criticize the lack of individualized diagnostics, the absence of investigation into causes, and high additional costs that feel burdensome for people with average incomes.
